Fortelk is an exclusive platform. We only work with one brokerage per city. Once a brokerage claims their city, no competing brokerage in that market can access our AI recruiting tools, ensuring you have a unique advantage over competitors.
City boundaries are based on census metropolitan areas (CMAs) in Canada and metropolitan statistical areas (MSAs) in the United States. During onboarding, we'll confirm your exact territory. In larger metros, we may work with one brokerage per defined submarket.
Once a city is claimed, it's locked. We cannot offer the platform to a competing brokerage in that market. This is why we encourage brokerages to claim their city as early as possible. We do maintain a waitlist in case an exclusive partner exits.
